Most of my problems by this project has solved now
But a problem is existed,
All pins on my board are busy so i had to toggle my driver as described below :
P1 ---->74HC374
P1.4 ---->PIN 5 OF 374
OUTPUT OF 374----> ULN2003 IN
ULN2003 OUT ----->MOC3020 --->BTA40

Also my board has a supervisor 'adm1232'
at start the bulb is on for .5 second and then off
Do i must change the configuration
or it can be done in software?
