The ones I bought are SMD (1206 Package). Today I just go down to the Shop and looked for the part number on the Roll, I will post the number later and if required the picture , Since it is in SMD I think picture can't say much ? (I am exhausted and too tired).
The package stated 100MHZ600Ohm , There where different Manufacturers , Taiyo Yunden , Murata , Etc , but the one I got didn't had any manufacturer name printed on the roll.
