They are one company who will suply you with a core which will cost you $5000-$10000.The T51 core which I modified so it now works with interupts and has the hardware multiply and divide units wiorking does exactly the same thing at one instruction per cycle.It is a proven design and you can put any other function you like into it.As far as i can see erics need is a fast configurable core at low cost which is certainly not what zylogic offer.I don't think eric has the skils to add new functions to a core and ensure that they work and zylogic will be rubbing their hands with glee as they can charge him more for new functions. |
