While indeed it is not the best practice to blindly assume any "system" file from one compiler will fit into the other; the stdint.h "redirects" the types definitions to very common types I believe exist in Keil, too.

Andy or Maarten or anybody else familiar with Keil - if you have a few spare minutes, can you please have a peek into the said file and tell us whether it's OK or not to use it with Keil?
