I don't really see a SIMM as a convenient way to implement memory, but only for package reasons. However, if he has access to DIP-packaged parts, e.g. 64Kx4 parts (20-pin Dual In-line-Package) common in old PC's, or in printer memory, those are easily applied in do-it-yourself circuits. RE |
