Hello Kaushik Khorasiya,
Here is a device I built to map out the thermistor. The program reads the temperature from a know good source DS1721 IC and then reads thermistor into an ADC. The output is converted to ASCII and output to a serial port at 2400 baud. The data is ASCII delimited so that you can use Microsoft excel to crunch it.
