I doubt you'd be willing to use that much (100%, if you can get there) of your bandwidth to produce a simple 10 MHz clock

I specifically did not. I responded to it can't really do much else. by showing that you can, indeed pump out a clocked bitstream at that rate.

If the issue is just to get a clock, everything discussed in this post is, as you say, nonsense.

i have to drive analog tft from primeview pw062xs2 if i drive it at slower rate flicker is there. should show that a clocked bitstream is what he needs
