You can fiddle with the clock multiplier and baud rate timer in order to get to a 10 MHz clock on a DS89C4x0. Using Mode 0 (I haven't tried this, but I believe an OSC/3 bit rate is possible and in Mode 0, the data clock appears on whichever serial port pin doesn't carry the data. Maybe that will work.
