also there are some nasty implications of presence of XRAM (on MOVX @Ri instructions); but I don't see any relationship of this to the programmed/unprogrammed part.
I'd check out what does the SSTxxx516xxx part's datasheet say on the security flag(s) vs. the external memory access. JW |
