You need to get the customer to do the conversion.
It's their programmer, so they should know how to create the appropriate BIN file with the appropriate options, settings, etc. (If they don't know, they should be able to get support from their programmer supplier). Once they have created a known good BIN file, you can compare it with your BIN files and spot the differences... |
