#112365 - Hex file tested works fine Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Hello Andy,
Well I have tested the .hex file on our test setup using FlashMagic. It works fine. Since the customer was facing problems with the bin file with another programmer, they also utilized flash magic to try and see whether the hex file released worked in the target hardware. So from this there is a clear idea that the hex file tested and released is also working in the customers target hardware. Now I am trying to find out what is it that is going wrong. Whether the hex2bin utility is the culprit that is causing an unwanted change in the resulting binary file that was released or is there a problem with the programmer settings. Since I do not have access to a binary file programmer and as flash magic does not support binary file input i am not able to test the bin file in our setup. |
