Maybe, maybe not. First, does it count up or down? Second, what happens if you load it with zero (reset value). Third, I have found two errata which say this 10 bit prescaler does not work and the workaround is to always load it with zero. Fourth, why does code architect always load it with zero no matter what values you feed into it?

Basically I am confused. I expect a user manual to give me unambiguous instructions on how to operate a part.
