Jon, I'd have to agree with Jan's comments. Especially with beginners, you've got to get them into good programming habits early. Jon, its good that you made the effort to produce something, but also Jan has spent a bit of time critiquing it. Personally I couldn't be fagged spending any time on it - it would be faster for me to write the code myself! I dare say that is the case for some others also! Its most likely the case of 'those who know' don't bother to read it as they have no use of it and 'those who don't know', don't know any better. |
