#110480 - How very amazing Responding to: ???'s previous message |
clicking on Andys link, whatbpopped up was
I had to work some source code that was intended for the Psuedo-Sam assembler. Yes the resulting .obj file was absolute hex and there was no linker included in the package. There has been, I do not count how many, guesses as to what the pseudo.obj file was. Now the link by Andy show that a search on "Psuedo-Sam assembler" would have given the answer. How very amazing. Well, Charles gave a link to the documentation, so we can only hope that the next pseudo user ( with that name can there be any real users? ) will find this link by a search. Oh how futile a hope. Thanx, Charles Anyhow with the above clarification it seems that the metalink does the same as the pseudowhatever using "normal" annotation. So, if you use the pseudowhatever and am comfortable with it and willing to severely edit all "collected" code, go ahead, just please do not suck new users into using these old tools with the nonstandard annotation, for those suggest the metalink.
