Saif, I do not see any chance to successfully finish your project, without having a look at signals with a scope! You are totally blind without scope. And this where you build something that produces a dangerous voltage!
For 50Hz even the cheapest and poorest scope will help. But to design this circuit without scope is like driving a car with closed eyes.
