#108916 - if so, why do you read old books
Responding to: ???'s previous message
Please note i am fairly new to embedded programming.
if so, why do you read old books.

On the off chance you bought a new book from an author mired in the past, return it and require a full refund.

You should ask for compensation for lost time from the author. That will not get you anywhere, but maybe it will make the author wake up ,,, naah, forget it, that will not happen.

Erik

BTW cross-posting is considered very bad taste.
