It would be helpful to know which OrCAD tool you've chosen.
I don't think there's a simulation model for the 805x CPU that's compatible with the original VST tool, and I doubt there's one for the current version of PSpice. If you want to simulate it as a piece of hardware, you do, of course, have to know how to operate those tools, and producing a ROM model with the correct content, and a RAM model may prove "interesting."
