1. there is nothing in hardware only a at89c2051 mcu with reset cap ,+5v supply and ground. 2. i burn it using vpl universal programmer 3. i am not using monitor/bootloader 4. no watch dog in my circuit shivani Dear Shivani, There is something special aabout port1 of c2051. on pins p1.0 and p1.1 they dont have internal pullups as they are used as inputs of internal analog comparator, if you dont pull them up it may show amazing results. you should add pullups to them.
