SiLabs does not support STAPL/JAM nor SVF files. But they did document the JTAG commands needed for programming the flash. So in theory one can create a hex -> svf converter.
All JTAG enabled devices support IDCODE and BYPASS, most also support boundary scan. The pins are dedicated and they can operate in a chain. |
