It's a bit murky how he gets there from (A&/B)+(B&/A), I suppose it's coceivable.
I once had a XILINX marketing type tell me that a DFF was comprised of 14 gates. Having built many in "sea of gates" back in the '70's-'80's with fewer, I simply considered the source. RE |
