Individuals (or even organisations) may well have their own practices & customs, but I don't think there is any "standard" definition You only have to read a few posts here to realise that even those capitalisations that are well-defined are commonly abused; eg, kHz; KhZ; uppercase 'S' for seconds, etc, etc,... |
