If you do go with a FP job, before you spend too much time implementing changes above and beyond what was specified in the original agreement, renogotiate!
I learned that one the hard way, I got too excited about the new changes and ended up having to eat $2000 worth of time that hadn't been agreed to by my client. Expensive lesson. Dennis |
