Nice and informative answers from a lot of you. Thanx! I'll read the Agilent aplication note - verry good reading. I've done some searching, and decided to test a few scopes, before taking any final decision. My dealer havent any Bell and Howell scopes in stock!, so I borrowed a 4 channel 100 MHz Tektronix scope - with color dispaly. It will be difficult to return......
