#89719 - 8051 Banking versus External Components Responding to: ???'s previous message |
The SiLabs C8051F12x series has 128K of FLASH. I would use this in a heartbeat for an application that needs a bit larger code space than 64K. Banking would be a good solution over another processor that had wider adddressing but required the use of an external memory chip.
