It has the lowest power consumption SiLabs can deliver (downto 10nA deep sleep). It is programmed through the 2 wire C2 interface (3 if you include GND). But you will need level converters for 5V. It looks fine, except the last bit, which is a deal breaker. There's no space for an extra 3V regulator and a level converter. How about something like the C8051F537A? It's a more or less random Mouser pick, but it looks suitable. Mikkel |
