The Datasheet for your particular device will tell you where it differs from the standard.


If you search these Adobe PDF documents for the term "NOP" then you are bound to find how many clock cycles a NOP takes.... then do the math...... clock cycles are related to the Xtal oscilator frequency.

Then derive a formula.
