You're attacking this from entirely the wrong end!

You need to start by analysing your requirement, then think of a design to implement that requirement, then - and only then - should you start worrying about specific chips!

If you need to ask questions like this, I very much doubt that you are really ready to tackle such a major, complex project!

Again: ask yourself why do you want to do this?
What real purpose would it serve?
Is it worth it??
