No, they don't!

A truly Universal programmer would have more socket options than that!

I am not even able to manage for 89c51 and 89c2051

It is really not trivial - as Erik says, this is why true universal programmers cost so much!

How many different devices do you want to program, anyhow?
It'll probably be easier to just deal with the ones you need as you need them...

And, of course, use ISP if you possibly can
