The DS1232 watchdog/reset chip datasheet suggests that an "8051" ALE pin can be used to strobe the watchdog
If you have no ALE a reset will do you no good, thus if you strobe the puppy by ALE you are wasting money using the 1232. In that case just use one of the cheaper tripods. Erik |
