Its pretty hard to follow what you are doing. Are you sure you can't eliminate the messy NOPS ?
Why is there a RETI in your interrupt table ? You don't seem tohave grasped what is happening in an interrupt service request - once the interrupt has happened the program goes back whereever it started from. Your main loop does its processing until a flag says time to switch, it then changes loop. Messing with the stack is a sure fire way to insanity....Its certainly avery advanced, or hacky technique and is best avoided.
