#115488 - DEC R6 ! (8051 chip) Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Sorry all !
hereare some sample to see what I was talking about. But Steve has already replied . I typed DEC 0h because the content of R6 would be 0 at this time(DJNZ R6 DELAY). MOV R6,#0 MOV R5,#0 DELAY:... ... ... DJNZ R6 DELAY ... In the thread I said the result was 255, but I'm not an automate, I don't need just to paste the answer in my head and then go on, no, I want know why the result is 255 ! Please, Eric, where in the " bible" is it said that decrementing from 0x0h would give 255? I printed out all 3 chapters and I read them everytime I could. Please Eric try to answer to a question if you want but avoid to find fault every time someone post a thread. I'm a french first language speaking, I have never taken an english course to speak english, I have seen that I have to know English if I want to know Electronic, so I can't understand the "bible" as well as you do now, but I really don't find out where it is said in the bible that when decrementing from 0h the result is 255! I'm not a profesional as you, it is normal that I come near to you and ask you a question about electronic. Do you ever think something like " what if the guy has read the bible and could not make thing out ? how can I help him?" Me too I help people on line when they have some mathematics high school troubles, I'm not a geniun in maths but I gives them help if I can give an answer to their questions. But please Eric sometimes you don't help when you ask every time to refer to the bible. Thanks to all. |
