Before you ASSUME it means something you better know what it means! Steve: The question was What is happening when Decrementing 0h ? Somehow or another you get DEC out of that. I just want you to explain how Decrementing equates to DEC. To me it can mean a lot of things not necessarily DEC the instructions.
