what good would that do? If Sajeevan has a proper MAX232(equivalent) and a proper crystal none of the above will do anything. If he does WHAT "noise problems" ?. Of course if he read and believed one of these false postulates "here is a circuit to avoid the need for a RS232 transciever" he is screwed anyway. Erik You are right with out the proper MAX232 and a proper crystal the circuit should work. But from my limited experience, when ever I could not get a chip to work I would slow down the baud rate and was successful more than not. I will admit I am not an electronics expert by not means. Just trying to help. |
