#110187 - What you need is a PLC Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Unless you are expecting to manufacture significant numbers of these items, just using'off the shelf' PLCs will solve your problem in short order. I use TWIDO PLCs from Schneider Automation and these are around $200 USD each. These all have built in power supply,RS485, Modbus protocol input/output, pulse counting etc all done for you. There's competing units from other suppliers so you can weigh up the cost/feature of whats on offer. All packaged, documented and certified. Job Done(c). |
