#110152 - +24 volt DC pulse counting with 8 signal |
Dear all, Project: I want to make hardware which can communicate with Single PC.the project is all about taking data from +200 different terminals. Each terminal has 8 signals and 1 Rpm signal.all signals are +24v DC which can be high or low periodically. RPM are variable. I need to send the status of terminals along with the signals status. RPM are a pulse of +24 volt, which pulses 400-500 times each minutes, I am going to use the external interrupt of 89c2051 for counting the RPM and other 8 pins for other 8 signals. While the master will be AT89c51, Topology will be daisy chain of RS485. Is every thing above is O.K. Or do you think, I wont work, or more easy / convinient option. kindly let me know with your ideas Ali Moizi |
