Hi I think that a person who is good to 8051 then he can search and make good projects because other may not have awareness about there resources and skills
But mr.Vidyanand Gudepu has made good suggestions. Especialy his suggested Pc based data acquisition system is easy and implenmentable project and also you can change its title as SCADA (Supervisory Controlle And Data Acq)
