It sort of raises the question of why someone would be sitting on an idea which they considered to be useful and profitable,or just a general good thing, and give it away for someone else to develop.If you have an idea and you think Its a Good Thing then you have very definate ideas about how it should be developed, such as people paying you lots of money to make it,not them paying someone else lots of money for your idea.
