Well, just note that AT89C51RD2 is produced in PLCC and VQFP packages only
I have some Philips P89C51RD2 in DIP-40 I use for my EB51, so that one must be available. PLCC should not be a problem for amateurs, there are plenty of PLCC sockets that pin out on a .1" grid Erik |
