Well, just note that AT89C51RD2 is produced in PLCC and VQFP packages only. If you need with DIP40 package then AT89C51ED2 may be used instead. The main difference is that AT89C51ED2 has internal 2kb EEPROM additionaly. Regards, Oleg |
