I would get the pump controller to send some characters and I would measure the actual baud rate. Measuring the width of bits sent out by pump controller is difficult since the connection between uC(microcontroller) and pump controller is RS485. Communication is half dulplex. uC sends one to seven byte command to pump controller and pump controller responds within 1ms with a sequence of bytes. I tested bit width by sending 055H continuously from uC. |
