I am glad the fire is out. Is this a normal weather pattern for your area? Here we would normally have 1 to 3 feet of snow at this time. As of now we have about 1/2 inch of slush and above freezing temperatures. That is great for now but disasterous for the summer as the lack of runoff from the snow melt will extend the fire season 30 to 50 days. Unless we get a wet summer it could be a very bad one for fires. Regards Terry |
