Thanks for your experience, Matthew.
If I could get a female connector onto the LCD I'd just connect it with wires to the breadboard. As it is the only thing I can think of is soldering wires on the base of a 2x7 socket. This isn't going very well, but there's a chance I'll be able to finish it. But it really bugs me that PJRC is selling these semi-useless LCDs without a disclaimer. |
