#106361 - NP0, X7R, Z5U
Responding to: ???'s previous message

Oh, oh. Now I'm over my head. NPO ceramics are beyond my (limited) SW engineer head.

There are many different kinds of ceramics: NP0, X7R and Z5U are the most important. NP0 is the best of them and should be used for the 18pF.
Have a look at "Farnell", "Digikey" or whatever to see, what kinds of capacitors are offered. Have also a look how a 18pF cap looks like.

I'm guessing that 15pf still isn't going to do it, correct?

If they tell you to use 18pF, then you should do this!
