#105947 - LINX TXM-418 & RXM-418 Antenna Sharing
im a student of Engr and doing my final year project
i want to ask few things from u about interfacing txm-418-LR and rxm-418-LR with 89s52
i want to make transreceiver and use single antenna for both the TXM and RXM
i dont know how to do it plz guide
i have 3 solution
1) power down one when using other by PDN pin and connect the antenna to both directly but only 1 will be using it at a time cause other will be powered down (but both the RFOUT of TXM and RFin of RXM will be shorted and connect to single antenna....is this a good solution

2) use 74hct4051 analog multiplexer and share the antenna through it..by connecting the antenna to the output and TXM and RXM to the seperate inputs of 4051 and then do selection by selection pin through controller but i dont know will it work or not..
and what is its max speed...cause TXM and RXM are operating at 418 Mhz or use any other antenna sharing IC
if there are.then plz let me know few

3) use 2 seperate antenna which is a stupid approach + i dont have many antenas to do that
and if this is the only approach tell me how to match the impedence of antenna cause i dont know much about them

plz help me im in great trouble as my project is due in just 5 days..:(:(:(:(
