do you mean 7805?
maybe I do, I mean the +5 one, be that 7905 or 7805. I have not used linear regulators for ages. What are the posibilites switching before regulator? PNP transistor, NPN transistor, Mosfet, high side switch IC, using a power supply with a shutdown pin, relay .... Erik |
