Intel does not say they CANNOT BE DIFERENT, it says THEY ARE NOT INDEPENDENT FROM EACH OTHER.
In fact, the baudrate is 1/8 of the clockout frequency. I would not call e.g. 9600 and 76800 "the same". JW |
