There are only these solutions:

- use 22.1184MHz crystal

- use X2 derivate

- use T2 for baudrate generation (if T2 present on your derivate).

if you e.g. use a SILabs F12x you can use T1.
Many derivatives have clocking options such as T1 running at oscillators speed, not osc/12

BUT it is all derivative dependent and yabbering about what can be is irrelevant when the OP does not bother to be specific as to which derivative (s)he uses.
