The one authorative (E)ISA bus book I have found is published by Annabooks San Diego. Another I used (sam's) had the dimensions of the board wrong (can you imagine having a board made and it does not fit the slot?) and having checked a few others and found errots I say "Annabooks or no book is the only option"
