I want to transmit Data from remote site using SMS messages for a 51 MCU based project. That can be done using GSM Modem with AT command set. I have got full listing of GSM AT Commnad set (including SMS).
My problem is that before buying GSM MOdem I want to test the same using my Panasonic GD-50 GSM Phone. I brought serial data cable (for connec GD-50 to PC) for the same from market and connected it to serial port COM1. I tried giving AT command from Hyper terminal for all possible baud rates , data lenght ect but I am not getting OK response from Phone. Can anybody help.
