When using any 3rd-party support package, you will obviously have to read the appropriate Manual(s) to determine how to use them - including any requirements for any specific line-termination sequences...! ;-) (This is entriely langusge-independant) To extrapolate from one specific 3rd-party support package to "Most PC software" without qualification is somewhat cavalier! |
